Card payments cost an extra 3.1% + $1.00 per transaction — added on top and paid by the family, so your club receives exactly what it's owed. Families can pay from a bank account instead for 2%, never more than $12.

No. Dues, fundraising and store money belong to the club and land in the club's own Stripe account, not ours. Refunds come from your balance, not a middleman's.
Self-serve, start to finish. Create your club with no card - setting up doesn't start the clock. Your 15-day trial begins when your first family gets access, by invitation or join code, or when your first payment goes through. Add a card any time from Admin > Billing; adding one during the trial doesn't end it early. After that it is Admin > Billing > Manage billing to switch between monthly and annual, update the card, download invoices or cancel. You never have to email us to change your plan.
Nothing is deleted and nobody is locked out. You and your families keep full access to everything on record, and you can export all of it. What stops is new activity - no new charges, no new announcements, no new volunteer signups, and families can't start a new payment. Add a card and everything resumes immediately.
You can export your roster and financial records at any time while your subscription is active. If it ends, we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it.
